Hällevik blir tummelplats för Tradjazz även 2009

De fem senaste årens festivalsuccéer ska upprepas och utvecklas!
Den 6-8 augusti 2009 förvandlas åter det lilla pittoreska fiskeläget Hällevik i västra Blekinge, på Listerlandet invid den skånsk-danska gränsen, till ett jazzsjudande New Orleans.
I detta bad- och turistparadis invid Östersjöns strand, och med utblick över Bornholm (vid siktigt väder), spelas Original Trad Jazz Music dagen och natten lång i dagarna tre.
Här finns rökerierna. Här finns sandstränderna. Här finns människorna. Här finns de fantastiska strandkrogarna. Här finns dofterna och känslorna. Här finns den livsbejakande musiken för alla och envar! – De vackra melodierna från New Orleans tidiga 1900-tal med minst lika underbara efterföljare.
Musiken kostar 100 svenska kronor. Hällevik Tradjazz Festival har nu blivit en stor folkfest!
Festivalen håller hög konstnärlig kvalitet och som enda New Orleans Jazz festival i södra Sverige är Hällevik Tradjazz Festival en av årets höjdpunkter i regionen. Festivalen har också blivit en viktig mötesplats för musiker och jazz älskare.
I Hällevik kan man bo, äta och njuta. Under Hällevik Tradjazz Festival erbjuds bra boende, god mat och härlig tradjazz. Boka boende i tid! (se vidare under "boende")
I festivalen medverkar runt 25 orkestrar, var och en med sin egen framtoning. Banden tillhör Europas härligaste och mest välrenommerade tradjazzband.
Barn- och familjeföreställningar, bryggdanser, jazzbil, jazzbåt, friscen mm finns även med i utbudet.

Hellevik becomes the arena for Trad Jazz even in 2009

The last five years of success for the Festival will be repeated and developed!
The 6-8 of August 2009 the little picturesque fishing village Hellevik in the south of Sweden (in Listerlandet) will once again be transformed to a Jazz seething New Orleans.
In this bath- and tourist paradise by the shore of the Baltic Sea, with a view over Bornholm (if the weather is clear), Original Trad Jazz Music is played all day and all night throughout three days.
Here are the smokehouses. Here are the beaches. Here are the people. Here are the fabulous beach taverns. Here are the scents and the emotions. Here are the positive approaches to music for everyone! - The beautiful tunes from the early twentieth century New Orleans and its followers.
Prize for The music is 100 svenska kronar. Hellevik Tradjazz Festival has become a great national festival.
The Festival keeps a high artistic standard and as the only New Orleans jazz festival in the south of Sweden, Hellevik Tradjazz Festival is one of the highlights of the year for this region. The Festival has also become an important meeting place for musicians and jazz lovers.

In the Festival about 25 orchestras participates each and every one with their own image. The bands are some of the most glorious and well-reputed tradjazz bands of Europe.
Children- and family shows, dancing on the pier, the jazz car, the jazz boat and the free scene etcetera are also on the menu.
